Seller

AuditCopy is operated by Sarthak Garg, an individual sole proprietor, trading as "AuditCopy". By using this service, you are entering into a contract with Sarthak Garg.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

What AuditCopy does

AuditCopy is an AI-powered copywriting audit tool. It analyses the copy on your website against a set of proven conversion principles and generates suggested rewrites. Results are generated by AI and are provided for informational and creative purposes only.

No guarantee of results

AuditCopy identifies weaknesses in your copy and suggests improvements. We do not guarantee any specific conversion rate improvement, revenue increase, or business outcome as a result of using this tool. Copywriting is one factor among many that affects conversion.

Your content

You retain full ownership of your website copy and any rewrites generated for you. You are free to use, modify, and publish AI-generated rewrites without attribution. By submitting a URL you confirm you have the right to submit that website for analysis.

Credits and payments

• Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase by contacting Paddle at paddle.net
• Credits that have already been consumed (used to run an audit or regeneration) are non-refundable, as the AI processing cost has been incurred
• Unused credits never expire and carry forward indefinitely
• Credits are added to your account balance on purchase and deducted when used
• There are no subscriptions — you pay once and use when you need

Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund window on unused credits from the date of purchase. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or use the feedback form on this website. See Paddle's Refund Policy for full details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AuditCopy to submit websites containing illegal content, to attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the audit system, or to resell audit results as your own proprietary service without permission.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AuditCopy at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) material breach of these terms; (b) non-payment or chargeback; (c) suspected fraud, security risk, or abuse of the service; or (d) repeated or serious violations of the acceptable use policy. On termination, any unused credits associated with a breach may be forfeited. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Limitation of liability

AuditCopy is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this tool.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
